Registered End User** (purchase on the Platform) 1. Go to the **eSIM Store** from the menu on the left. 2. Use the **search bar** to find the country or countries you need.
3. Click on the **plan/package** you’d like to purchase.
4. Review the package details in the popup window. Click **"Buy Now."**
5. Select your **preferred payment method.** 6. Click **"Checkout."**
7. Review the payment details in the **Payment Confirmation** popup. Click **"Pay."**
8. If the payment is successful, a **Thank You** page will appear.
9. Click “Install eSIM” on the Thank You page, or go to the SIMs section from the left-hand menu to find your eSIM.
10. Click **"Details"** next to your eSIM.
11. Find the **"Install eSIM"** section and click **"More Info."**
12. Follow the steps shown to activate your eSIM.
*** ### NEW User (purchase on the eStore) 1. On the main page of the **eSIM Store**, use the **search** bar to select the appropriate country or countries.
2. Click on the **plan** you'd like to purchase.
3. Review the details in the popup window. Click **"Buy Now."**
4. Enter your email and click **"Send Email Verification."**
5. Check your inbox for the 6-digit verification code and enter it. Then click **"Verify."**
6. Set up your account by entering your **first and last name.** and click **"Continue."** * If you're creating a business account, check the box **"Set up a business account."**
7. Create a password. Then click **"Continue."** * To increase security, you can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by checking the corresponding box.
8. Enter your **billing address** and click **"Complete."** * Please make sure to check the box confirming that you agree to the **Terms of Use and the Privacy & Cookies Policy.**
9. Select your **preferred payment method.** Click **"Complete."**
9. Proceed with the payment. (For example: Stripe)
11. If the payment is successful, a **Thank You** page will appear. 12. On the Thank You page, click **"Install eSIM"** to begin the activation process.
