Go to Settings.
Select "Operators."
The "Operator" tab will appear —> click the plus (+) button on the right.
A page will open where you can choose the operator from the drop-down list.
Once you've selected the operator, depending on the integration type, you'll need to fill in the details.
Option 1 – You don't have integration with the Operator
This means you can add and manage SIMs, but you won’t be able to access real-time data usage information.
If an operator is not on the list please provide us with the API documentation and credentials for integration.
Timeline: That can take us up to 2 weeks to integrate
Option 2 – There is integration with the Operator
You’ll need to select it from the drop-down list. For the integration, the following credentials are required:
license key
API prefix or login and password
etc
Credentials can vary based on the integration. For some, a CERT file might be needed, or other information could be required.
