1. Integrate your Telecoms

Complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings.

  1. Select "Operators."

  1. The "Operator" page will open —> click the plus (+) button on the right.

  1. A page will open where you can choose the operator from the drop-down list.

  1. Once you've selected the operator, depending on the integration type, you'll need to fill in the details.

  1. Note that you, as an Organization, have the option to use the Nickname field for operators.

A Nickname is an optional alternative name that your Companies and End Users will see instead of the main operator name.

  • If you fill it in, the system will display this nickname in the interface

  • If left empty, the main operator name will be shown.

  • To change the nickname, click on the field in the edit form.

  • Enter the new nickname and save changes.

Here’s how it appears at the Company level:


Couldn't find the right operator after checking the whole list?

  • Option 1 You don't have integration with the Operator

This means you can add and manage SIMs, but you won’t be able to access real-time data usage information.

Option 2There is an integration with the operator you would like to add.

For the integration, the following credentials are required:

  • API Documentation

  • License key

  • API prefix or login, and password

  • etc
