6. Invite Staff

Complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings.

  1. Click on Team and Security

  1. Click the '+' button on the right-hand side.

  1. In the 'Invite Staff' wizard, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  1. The invited staff member will receive an email with instructions on how to create their account.

This action can be performed at any point while using the platform.


Permissions

The Staff page allows the Organization to register team members and manage their access rights on the platform. This functionality ensures that each staff member has the appropriate permissions to perform their tasks while maintaining security and control over sensitive information.

Complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings.

  1. Click on Team and Security

  1. Click on the Staff member you want to edit access for

  1. Go to the Permissions tab and check or uncheck the appropriate box next to the relevant field.
